The hotel's location, room size, view, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were excellent. The proximity to the Movistar Lima 42K race start and finish lines was convenient, and the option to upgrade to the Family Suite was a nice bonus. The breakfast was simple but good, and the hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to a supermarket.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast and was located in a peaceful area close to a park. the staff was helpful, especially Alfredo who assisted with transportation. a plus point was the availability of a safe deposit box.
The hotel lacked basic amenities, like help with baggage and spoke poor English. the beds were uncomfortable and the lighting in the bathroom was poor.

Great New Year Stay
We had an amazing New Year's stay at a hotel in the business district. The room was spotless and offered a great view of a quiet park. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and organized taxis for us several times, including our pick up from the airport. There was a decent breakfast available every morning that kept us going throughout the day. The location was perfect for us and we were able to easily walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We appreciated the safe and secure environment the hotel provided.
The hotel had some drawbacks, though. The bathroom was basic and lacked some modern amenities that we are used to. We also didn't have a dresser in our room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, these issues didn't detract too much from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. We had a great time during our stay and would definitely consider staying again in the future.
